Frequently Asked Questions
If you have any questions or enquiries, you can email them to info@whipnwhisk.com. But before you do, do check whether the list of FAQs below answers them.
1. Why do the items I receive look different from the website?
Actual colours of the products appearing on your monitor may differ according to your monitor’s setting. We take the utmost care to provide the most accurate depiction of our products.
2. How do I place an order?
Once you’ve identified the items you want, send an email to info@whipnwhisk.com, including choice of delivery, Parcel or Poslaju. We will reply with the total amount due inclusive of delivery fees and account details for you to bank in the amount. Once you’ve banked into our account, please email us the details. Your order will be sent out once full payment is received.
3. How long will it take for the items to arrive?
We offer both Parcel and Poslaju delivery (Please refer to our Terms & Conditions). Please indicate your choice of delivery when placing your order. Fully paid orders will be processed immediately, but will only be sent out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. For example, if we receive your order on Friday, it will only be delivered on the following Monday. Delivery time will also depend on your designated address.
4. Do you deliver to non-Malaysian addresses?
At the moment, we only deliver to Peninsular and East Malaysia. However, do drop us an email at info@whipnwhisk.com if you have any enquiries.
5. Can I get free delivery if I purchase above a certain amount?
Our products are already very competitively priced, but to show appreciation for our customers’ support, we offer free delivery(via Parcel delivery) for every single purchase of RM150 and above (only to Malaysian addresses).
