All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and are subject to change without notice.

Payment

Payment can be made by online interbank transfer or account bank in. Please note that interbank transfer may take up to 48 hours to go through. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of full payment for cost of purchase and delivery charges, and email confirming payment is made. Kindly email a scanned copy of your payment transaction to us.

Delivery

For packages up to 500g, charges are as follows:
Parcel within Peninsular Malaysia l see parcel rates
Registered post for Sabah & Sarawak l see parcel rate
Poslaju l see rate

We will advice on postage charges upon order confirmation.

We also provide COD (cash on delivery) at selected locations for a fee. Please email us for arrangement and quotation.

WhipnWhisk.com will not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for the package. WhipnWhisk.com shall not be responsible if the package is received by unauthorised persons. If the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, the customer will be responsible for re-delivery arrangement.

Delivery time depends on choice of delivery chosen by the customers and on location.

WhipnWhisk.com checks all items before delivery to customers to ensure they are in good condition. Any damage or loss to the items during delivery will not be the responsibility of WhipnWhisk.com. No refunds will be made.
